Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
- Oversee properties' personnel and assess its performance
- Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
- Complete all Maintenance work orders/service requests in a timely manner
- Complete the make-ready process of vacant units as needed
- Schedule and monitor all work being performed by outside vendors/contractors
- Ensure compliance with all work-related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner
Requirements
- Proven work experience as property manager
- Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical work
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
