The Property Manager for Oak Garden Apartments in Mobile, AL is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the property's day-to-day operations. This role focuses on ensuring resident satisfaction, managing rent collections, maintaining high occupancy levels, and maximizing rent potential. The ideal candidate will lead a team, implement marketing strategies, and provide exceptional customer service while fostering a positive community environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Oak Garden Apartments.
• Lead a team of sales/leasing associates to drive traffic and secure leases.
• Sell the community by developing rapport with potential residents, giving tours, processing applications, and signing leases.
• Create and implement a comprehensive marketing campaign.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Implement resident retention initiatives, including planning and coordinating events.
• Collect rent and enforce lease rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve community goals.
• Assist in creating the annual budget to maximize cash flow.
• Prepare required reports and forms for accounting.

Requirements

• Certified Property Manager or Certified Apartment Manager preferred.
• 2 years of mid-level accounting experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts.
