As a Property Manager for Cushman & Wakefield, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our multifamily communities to a market-ready standard while ensuring a high level of service. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all operations of the property, which includes maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. You will be expected to provide superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects, enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. This includes completing lease and renewal paperwork to ensure compliance with company standards. In this fast-paced environment, you will track and evaluate advertising and client traffic, develop and mentor a high-performing team, and drive revenues through a thorough understanding of competition and the development of creative marketing programs. Leading by example, you will instill and model Cushman & Wakefield's mission to be the best national management company. You will supervise the day-to-day operations of the on-site team, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed, and maintain effective staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching as necessary. Additionally, you will manage the community budget and finances, working closely with leasing staff to meet leasing and marketing goals. Your role will also involve maintaining residents' files in accordance with company standards and ensuring a positive living environment through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up. This position requires effective communication and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office, bookkeeping, and sales skills. You will be responsible for determining leasing opportunities for staff and working on goal setting to improve performance. This job operates in a professional office environment and may require regular travel, making it essential to be adaptable and proactive in your approach to property management.
