About the position

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee two buildings located in the Koreatown area of Los Angeles. This is a live-in position, which means you will be residing on-site, providing you with the unique opportunity to manage the property effectively while being readily available for tenants and emergencies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make things happen in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve not only the day-to-day management of the properties but also ensuring tenant satisfaction and maintaining the overall quality of the buildings. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for various tasks including the collection of rent, posting notices, reviewing and scheduling work orders, and marketing and leasing vacant units. You will also be expected to handle other duties as needed, which may arise from time to time. This position requires a proactive approach to property management, as you will need to address tenant concerns and maintenance issues promptly. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of onsite property management experience, preferably managing properties with over 50 units. You will need to possess a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle for work purposes. Additionally, you must be willing to undergo a background check and drug test as part of the hiring process. Living in the Los Angeles or San Fernando Valley area is a requirement for this position, and being bilingual in Spanish is preferred to better serve our diverse tenant base.

Requirements

  • 1 year of onsite property manager experience preferred
  • Experience managing a property with 50+ units

  • Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area
