About the position

As a Property Manager for US Storage Centers, you will play a crucial role in effectively marketing and selling self-storage solutions to potential customers. This position requires a blend of independent work, where you will spend time both inside the office and outside on the property, ensuring that the facility is well-maintained and ready for customers. You will be responsible for general property care, which includes cleaning and maintenance tasks, as well as conducting daily property walks to confirm that storage spaces are ready to rent. Your ability to engage with customers will be key in providing an exceptional experience, ensuring that their needs are met and that they feel valued as part of our diverse and inclusive team. In this full-time role, you will work regular business hours, specifically from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the possibility of weekend shifts. The position offers a competitive pay range of $18.50 to $19.50 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail, restaurant, fast food, hospitality, customer service/sales, or self-storage is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation are required.
  • Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
