About the position

As a Property Manager for Self Storage at US Storage Centers, you will play a crucial role in effectively marketing and selling self-storage solutions to potential customers. This position requires a blend of independent work and teamwork, as you will spend time both inside the office and outside on the property. Your responsibilities will include general property care, cleaning, and maintenance, ensuring that the property is always in top condition for customers. You will conduct daily property walks to confirm that spaces are ready to rent, and you will be responsible for accurate payment processing and cash handling. Engaging with customers to provide an exceptional experience is a key aspect of this role, as is maintaining a clean and friendly working environment. The position is full-time, with a work schedule typically from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, although this may be subject to change. You will also be expected to work on weekends as needed.
