About the position
The Property Manager will have the full responsibility of managing their complex in Sioux Falls, SD. This role encompasses overseeing the daily operations at the assigned complex, ensuring that both the office and maintenance staff are functioning effectively. The ideal candidate will be experienced, organized, and responsible, ready to take on the challenges that come with managing a property. The Property Manager will be expected to lead a team, ensuring that all staff are trained and developed in their roles, particularly in showing and leasing apartments. This position requires a proactive approach to marketing the community to potential residents and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property. The Property Manager will also be responsible for setting and achieving monthly operational goals, which will contribute to the overall success of the property management team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for this role, as the Property Manager will need to inspect grounds and vacant units regularly to ensure they meet the company's standards.
