Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, balancing customer needs with company policies.
- Effectively portray the benefits of the storage products and convert leads into paying customers.
- Communicate frequently with coworkers and supervisors to ensure problems are resolved efficiently.
- Organize and maintain systems to track leads, customer issues, and follow-up items.
- Perform regular property audits and assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma is required; some college is preferred.
- Proven ability to convert leads in person and over the phone.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Ability to de-escalate situations with upset customers while following standard operating procedures.
- Reliable transportation to commute to work.
