About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations at a new Class A residential and commercial property. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of property management practices, and the ability to effectively manage tenant relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of property management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, leasing, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and property policies, including LIHTC requirements.
• Handle conflict management effectively, addressing tenant concerns and resolving disputes in a timely manner.
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking maintenance requests and ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify maintenance needs.
• Oversee data entry related to tenant information, lease agreements, and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with sales teams to market available units and attract potential tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to property management.
• Implement facilities management best practices to enhance the overall tenant experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong legal administrative skills with knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in CMMS software and data entry processes.
• Excellent conflict management abilities with strong interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience is a plus for marketing properties effectively.
• Knowledge of Yardi Breeze Premier or similar property management software is advantageous.
• Exceptional phone etiquette for effective communication with tenants and vendors.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
