We started in Florida, but after 10 years we have more than 460 properties in 30 States. Pretty great, right? Our mission is to provide affordable, clean, and secure self-storage to everyone. In this role, you will drive sales growth by helping customers understand the products and services we offer, following up with potential customers, and explaining lease agreements. Customer service is key, as you will need to address questions and complaints, manage past due accounts, and maintain clear communication with other departments. Property maintenance and cleaning are also part of your responsibilities, ensuring that units and the property are clean and well-maintained. You will also handle some administrative tasks, including paperwork and bank deposits.
