About The Position

The Property Manager will oversee all aspects of managing the day-to-day operations at our 165 unit Chase Crossing Apartment community located in North Dallas. Some areas of responsibility for this position include training and managing staff, financial tracking and reporting, overseeing community maintenance, rent collection and maintaining high occupancy levels through positive resident relations.

Requirements

• Great computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Solid organizational skills and leadership abilities
• Excellent resident relations and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• 3+ years prior experience as a Property Manager in the multi-family housing industry

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Yardi and Payscan software preferred
