About The Position
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of properties in the Clarksville/Jeffersonville area, ensuring that company and client budget objectives are met. This role involves supervising marketing, leasing, administrative, and maintenance functions, while also maintaining strong relationships with residents and landlords. The Property Manager will handle accounting and collections, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements under the supervision of the Area Director.
