The Lead Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing property management functions for a top real estate company, focusing on retail or commercial properties. Responsibilities

• Analyze property metrics, budgets, and variances in expenses and other costs
• Respond to tenant requests, vendor orders, and lease obligations
• Negotiate with outside vendors, review leases, and understand the bigger picture of properties
• Work with accounting group for CAM expenses and involved in system updates as needed
• Use Yardi and Excel for property management tasks
• Handle special projects and reporting

Requirements

• Relevant experience in property management from a real estate company
• Experience with retail or commercial properties
• Proficiency in Yardi and Excel
