About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of property management practices, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to tenants and property owners. This role requires a proactive approach to managing property leasing maintenance and maintaining high occupancy rates through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
• Utilize property management software such as Appfolio or Yardi.
• Handle tenant inquiries and complaints with professionalism and effective phone etiquette.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants, including upselling available units.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and file management for all tenant interactions and lease agreements.
• Collaborate with maintenance vendors to address repair requests promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and property leasing processes.
• Familiarity with AIR lease agreements is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.
