About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient property management, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and maximizing revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property leasing, including marketing, showing units, and processing applications
• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the benefits of living in the community
• Enforce lease agreements and handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions through data entry
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
• Negotiate and execute contracts with service providers
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette when interacting with tenants, prospects, and vendors
• Utilize Entrata or similar software for property management tasks
• Implement strategies for upselling additional services to tenants

Requirements

• Proven experience in property management, leasing
• Proficiency in data entry and office software applications
• Strong understanding of contract negotiation and execution
• Knowledge of property management software such as Yardi is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
• Understanding of upselling techniques to enhance revenue streams
