Home Forward is seeking a Property Manager for our Stephens Creek Crossing property. The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of managing a portfolio of Home Forward managed properties, including daily operations, maintenance, and ensuring adherence to leasing requirements. This role requires collaboration across departments to provide oversight to budget, ensure resident safety, and manage a site-based team. The Property Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to consider significant goals, concepts, initiatives, and other activities that profoundly affect Home Forward, its employees, and the people that it serves. The position will be located at our Stephens Creek Crossing property, which features a combination of 122 one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom flats and townhomes. Seventeen of the apartments have physical accommodations for accessibility. Located in a residential neighborhood in Southwest Portland, it is near the shops and services of Hillsdale and Multnomah Village. This position will close on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. Compensation starts at $79,239.60 annually. Home Forward provides wonderful and competitive benefits, including generous medical, dental, vision, prescription, and mental health benefits, with employees only needing to cover 11% of the cost regardless of plan option. Home Forward also offers a standard work week of 37.5 hours, providing 2.5 hours of paid time for employees to use throughout the week to create work-life balance while maintaining pay at a 40 hours a week.
