About the position

The Property Manager at Pegasus Residential, LLC is responsible for overseeing the management of residential properties, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves leading a team, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations while fostering a positive work environment and promoting career growth among team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of property management staff.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and property management practices.
• Oversee budgeting and financial management for the property.
• Foster a positive team culture and provide coaching and mentorship to staff.
• Manage resident relations, including leasing, rent collection, and eviction procedures.
• Continuously seek opportunities for operational improvement and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a residential property manager.
• Experience managing a Class A asset with 300+ units.
• Prior supervisory experience including selection, hiring, and team training.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and multifamily property management practices.
• Proficient in property management and accounting software, particularly OneSite.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Ops Technology is strongly encouraged.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or a related field is preferred.
