Responsibilities

• Supervise rental units and manage leasing activities.
• Fill vacancies and process applications.
• Maintain the premises and property.
• Advertise vacancies and manage marketing efforts.
• Manage relationships with contractors and vendors.
• Oversee three maintenance team members and their services.
• Enforce policies and procedures related to property management.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in property management or residential real estate sales.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience with Yardi software (1 year preferred).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
