About the position

As a Property Manager at Rise on Meridian in Indianapolis, Indiana, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing sales and marketing activities aimed at achieving occupancy goals while delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing the property budget, monitoring all property expenses, and building and maintaining positive resident relations. You will conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure that the property is well-maintained and meets the expectations of residents and stakeholders. In this position, you will also be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising onsite property team members, ensuring that they are equipped to provide the highest level of service to residents. You will create and deliver timely reporting to keep stakeholders informed about property performance and operational metrics. Leading by example, you will inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best performance and contribute to a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with multifamily leadership experience being a key requirement. While a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification is preferred, knowledge of property management software, specifically Onesite, will be beneficial in managing daily operations effectively.
