About The Position
The Property Manager role is a fully remote position based in Cleveland, OH, responsible for overseeing daily operations within a designated market for a leading provider of residential sale leasebacks. This position involves managing leasing, rental compliance, documentation, rent collections, maintenance coordination, and overall portfolio performance. The Property Manager will work closely with local market teams, national support teams, and third-party partners to ensure a seamless resident journey from lease application to move-out procedures.
