Applebrook Homes, LLC is seeking a dedicated and talented Property Manager to oversee our storage facility operations. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing the facility from end to end, ensuring high customer satisfaction while driving revenue through effective management practices. In this position, you will maintain the facility and its grounds, ensuring cleanliness and performing light maintenance as needed. You will be the face of our company, delivering excellent customer care at all times and utilizing social media to promote our business and attract new customers. Building and maintaining good community relations with local government and commerce offices will be essential to generating new business opportunities. You will also monitor the local market to ensure competitiveness and encourage customers to fully utilize all services offered by the company, while minimizing past-due accounts. We are looking for candidates who possess a sense of energy, passion, integrity, and personal responsibility. You should be motivated and dedicated to serving customers, with a strong sales acumen and the ability to work on Saturdays. Strong computer literacy is required, along with the physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and actively walk through the facility. This role requires 4 to 5 years of retail management or property management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A valid driver's license is also necessary, along with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Manage the storage facility from end to end.
  • Protect and drive revenue by maintaining high customer satisfaction and attracting new customers.
  • Maintain the facility and grounds, ensuring cleanliness and performing light maintenance.
  • Deliver excellent customer care at all times.
  • Use social media to promote the business and generate new customers.
  • Monitor social media for customer comments and respond in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain good community relations to generate new business.
  • Monitor competitiveness in the local market.
  • Encourage customers to fully utilize all services offered by the company.
  • Minimize past-due accounts.

Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years of retail management or property management experience required.
  • High school graduate or GED required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on sales and upselling.
  • Basic math skills and experience with cash registers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and demonstrate product features.
  • Experience in technology sales and knowledge of computer systems.
  • Organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and actively walk through the facility.

Nice-to-haves

  • Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus.
