As a Property Manager at CubeSmart Self Storage, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the property while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a blend of customer service skills and property maintenance responsibilities. You will be responsible for developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions, ensuring that every interaction delivers a WOW! or 5 Star service. Your role will involve face-to-face interactions with customers, meeting monthly sales goals, and performing lock checks while showing units to potential customers. In addition to customer service, you will manage the leasing process, accept payments using our Point-of-Sale System (POS), and complete daily bank deposits. You will also be responsible for making courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments and managing invoice reviews and approvals within our database. Your duties will include processing invoices, managing reports, and overseeing the legal process of auctions. You will also be tasked with maintaining the store's expense budget while ensuring that store supplies and retail inventory are adequately managed. On the property maintenance side, you will be required to perform daily walks of the property, clean units, and ensure that the facility meets company guidelines. This includes mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, and keeping the storage facility clean and safe. You will need to ensure that restrooms, landscaping, parking, and other areas are well-maintained.
