About the position

The position involves expert consultation and management of facilities, property, and equipment essential to Cooperative Extension programs at North Carolina A&T State University. The role includes overseeing the management of facilities, the motor pool fleet, property, inventory, and program-related investments, both on campus and in county operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of facilities, property, and equipment for Cooperative Extension programs.
• Oversee the management of the motor pool fleet and property inventory.
• Coordinate with facilities renovation projects and handle building maintenance.
• Maintain accurate property recordkeeping and inventory management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in coordinating facilities renovation projects and managing motor fleet.
• Experience in handling inventory and building maintenance.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to plan and implement associated job tasks.
• Excellent organization skills to prioritize tasks and projects.
• Demonstrated skill in providing technical assistance in facility and inventory maintenance.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work as a team member supporting the Extension program.
