Responsibilities

• Build and inspire a strong, cohesive team to achieve shared goals.
• Meet occupancy and financial objectives, ensuring maximum cash flow for ownership.
• Ensure residents' needs are met while providing exceptional service.
• Uphold LUMA's professional policies and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor on-site employees to help them reach their full potential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fair housing training and IREM or Apartment Association designation.
• At least two years of continuous management experience for properties over 100 units.
• Proven marketing, sales, or public relations experience.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyze computerized rent rolls, receivables, payables, and monthly financials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current insurance.
