The Self-Storage Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the storage facility, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations independently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and assisting with storage needs.
• Process rental agreements and payments, and manage delinquent accounts.
• Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
• Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits according to company policies.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the property through regular inspections and maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge is necessary.
• Ability to multitask and work unsupervised.
