About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property standards, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing budgets effectively. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property management including tenant relations, leasing, and maintenance.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of property operations including financial reports, occupancy rates, and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance services while managing contracts effectively.
• Utilize property management software such as Yardi or OneSite for data entry and reporting purposes.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.

Requirements

• 3 years of sales experience
• 3 years of customer service experience
• 3 years of organizational skills
• 3 years of property management experience
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi)
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of facilities management practices
• Sales skills for marketing properties and negotiating lease agreements
• Familiarity with Section 8 housing regulations
• Experience in legal administrative tasks related to contracts and tenant agreements
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
