About the position

The Household Supporter role at NowPresent Homes LLC involves managing homes occupied by independent adults in the Denver area. This position is primarily remote, utilizing a company-provided Chromebook and smartphone, and focuses on ensuring the well-being of residents through property checks, inspections, and maintenance oversight. The role is essential for optimizing systems and enhancing support for households as the company expands its portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly property checks
• Perform monthly house supply shopping
• Conduct move-in/out inspections
• Show properties to potential residents
• Perform basic repairs or schedule maintenance that falls outside your scope
• Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• 1+ years customer service experience
• 3+ years experience with paperless systems
• Familiarity with Asana project management software and Excel
• Willingness and ability to learn property management software
• Ability and willingness to perform basic house maintenance (e.g., doorknob replacement)
• Ability and willingness to interface with 3rd party providers (e.g., internet, lawn care, insurance companies, handymen, tradespeople)
• Own transportation and willingness to carry company cell phone and use company Chromebook
