About the position

The Property Manager will oversee all operational and financial aspects of properties managed by Excel Property Management. This role includes ensuring collections, maintaining occupancy rates, and addressing maintenance requests. The Property Manager will also supervise property staff and maintain positive relationships with tenants.

Responsibilities

• Meet property collections goals
• Keep high occupancy and low delinquency
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Solve all maintenance requests filed by property inhabitants
• Supervise all property staff

Requirements

• Minimum 1 - 3 years of property experience
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
• Detail-oriented and strong communication and managerial skills
• Responsible, reliable and dependable
• Reliable transportation

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
