Responsibilities
- Manage daily property operations independently.
- Provide exceptional service to customers, including answering inquiries and assisting with storage needs.
- Process rental agreements and payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts including collection efforts.
- Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
- Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits as per company policies.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with a focus on safety and maximizing units available for rent.
- Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance tasks to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
- Transport and move items weighing up to 35 pounds as needed.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Cash handling experience is preferred.
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge is necessary.
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities.
