About the position

Associa is currently looking for a Property Manager to join our Rhome team in Wilmington, NC. The Rental Property Manager team oversees the day-to-day field operations of single-family rental properties. The Property Manager plays a crucial role in helping the company grow by ensuring that the properties are well-managed and that residents are satisfied. This position involves overseeing daily operations of assigned properties to optimize resident satisfaction, implementing effective marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income, and supervising maintenance and repair activities to ensure that properties are well-maintained. In addition to these responsibilities, the Property Manager will conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, including move-in and move-out inspections. Collaboration with vendors is essential to ensure quality services and cost-effectiveness. The Property Manager must also ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, which is critical for the smooth operation of the properties under their management. Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Minimum 3 years of multifamily property management experience.
  • North Carolina real estate broker license.
