About the position

The Property Manager at Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the property, ensuring that it meets financial and operational goals. Promoting resident satisfaction is also a key responsibility, requiring timely responses to complaints and service requests. The Property Manager will supervise property staff, including hiring, training, and managing performance in accordance with company policies. They will assist in managing client relationships by providing updates on property performance and conducting property tours. Overall, the Property Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining a positive image of the apartment community and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Experience with OneSite property management software is required.
  • Lease up experience is required.
