Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by helping customers understand products and services, following up with potential clients, and executing lease agreements.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and complaints, and maintaining clear communication with other departments.
• Maintain and clean storage units and the property, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers and staff.
• Perform regular property inspections to ensure everything is functioning properly and coordinate with vendors for repairs as needed.
• Handle cash deposits and manage paperwork related to tenant accounts and property operations.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for managing multiple locations and making bank deposits.
• Experience in the storage rental industry or customer service management, ideally with at least one year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office to handle administrative tasks and communication effectively.
• Ability to perform physical activities, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, pushing, pulling, and walking the property regularly.
