• Handle lease agreements, renewals, and tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Respond to emergency situations and resolve property-related issues as needed.
• Review and approve invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with budget.
• Maintain detailed records of property operations, financials, and tenant interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property management, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Strong understanding of property management principles, lease agreements, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with local property laws and regulations is a plus.
