About the position

The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a community in The Woodlands, TX, ensuring exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction. This role involves managing financial aspects, staff supervision, and maintaining property standards in alignment with company guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate the property within financial guidelines and KVM standards of excellence.
  • Oversee marketing, maintenance, and retention strategies and communications.
  • Work with the Regional Manager to interview, onboard, coach, and supervise all community staff.
  • Set rental rates and oversee collections and financial duties including budgeting, deposits, and reporting.
  • Approve and submit invoices from all service providers.
  • Maintain knowledge of competition and market trends.
  • Handle all escalated resident concerns and issues.
  • Conduct daily property walks to identify maintenance and resident issues.
  • Ensure regular and predictable attendance with a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Efficiently process all forms, reports, and administrative information.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus.
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of property management.
  • 2-4 years of related experience in property management.
  • Training/experience with Onesite/RealPage online system preferred.
  • CRM or ARM certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
