The Property Manager (PM) at Pennrose will be responsible for comprehensive management of assigned apartment developments, ensuring that all operational and financial goals are met. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including supervising a site team that consists of administrative, supportive services, and maintenance personnel. The PM may also take on administrative tasks and supportive service roles as needed, ensuring that the property operates smoothly and efficiently. A key focus for the PM will be to achieve full occupancy and optimize rental income in accordance with program requirements and market conditions. This involves diligent management of rent collections, evictions, and marketing efforts to maintain high standards and curb appeal. The PM will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining a safe work environment for both staff and residents. In addition to operational responsibilities, the PM will provide exceptional customer service to residents, fostering long-term retention and satisfaction. The PM will also play a crucial role in the professional development of their team, utilizing resources such as the Pennrose Academy to enhance their own skills and those of their staff. Reporting directly to a Regional Property Manager, the PM will be a vital part of the property management team, ensuring that all aspects of the property are managed effectively and efficiently.
