Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Growth: Help customers to understand the products and services we have to offer. Follow-up with the ones that are still on the fence. Explain Lease Agreements and execute them when they are ready to move forward.
  • Customer Service: Answer any questions customers might have, assist with complaints, and call tenants with past due accounts. Maintain clear communication with other departments.
  • Property Maintenance and Cleaning: Clean units and the property, conduct daily walks to ensure everything is working properly, and contact vendors for repairs as needed.
  • Handle cash payments and make bank deposits as required.
  • Complete paperwork such as auction files, tenant letters, and reports.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in the Storage Rental Industry or Customer Service Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities such as pushing, pulling, bending, and walking the property.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in property management or self-storage industry.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
