About the position

The Property Manager at Cornerstone Properties USA Inc is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations in Anchorage, AK. This role requires an energetic and driven individual who enjoys working with people and is a practical problem-solver. The Property Manager will lead a team, provide outstanding customer service, manage budgets, and implement tenant retention strategies while ensuring the properties maintain excellent curb appeal.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of efficient property operations
• Effective management of and role model for one's team
• Provides front-line support as needed
• Demonstrates outstanding customer service
• Composes, tracks and manages annual budgets
• Marketing (Facebook, Craigslist, Twitter, etc.)
• Collecting rents, fees, and delinquent accounts
• Investigating and resolving resident issues
• Enforces rules of occupancy
• Implement tenant retention strategies
• Inspect properties and maintain outstanding curb appeal

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry or Sales Management or GM experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of computer operating systems (i.e. Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Quick learner, and effective teacher
• Knowledge of Appfolio is a plus

Benefits

• Base pay of $4,600 to $5,500 monthly
• Incentives of $1,000 to $3,000 monthly
• 5% of all rent above threshold
• 10% of net lease up vs prior month
• Annual performance compensation
