About the position

The Property Manager at Morgan Properties is responsible for overseeing and managing all operational and financial aspects of a nationally-recognized property. This role involves enhancing brand recognition, managing personnel, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with laws and company policies. The Property Manager will also focus on community growth, innovative marketing strategies, and developing a dynamic sales team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operational and financial aspects of the property.
• Enhance brand recognition in the local marketplace.
• Manage personnel, including hiring, evaluations, and employee relations.
• Develop innovative marketing strategies to attract new residents.
• Improve processes to enhance relations with residents, vendors, and employees.
• Be available on-call 24 hours a day for emergencies.
• Lead capital projects to improve property occupancy levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 5+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven performance in monitoring financial statements and managing capital enhancement projects.
• Experience in achieving revenue, expenses, net operating income, and occupancy goals.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and auto insurance.

Nice-to-haves

• ARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, RMP certifications are a plus.
