Property Manager

About the position

The Property Manager role at Self Storage Consulting Group (SSCG) involves overseeing the daily operations of a self-storage facility in Mesa, AZ. The position requires strong customer service skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive and capable of working independently while contributing to the company's growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Field customer transactions, questions, and concerns.
• Manage the day-to-day sales of storage units.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns.
• Accurately enter data and prepare documents.
• Maintain facilities, reports, and filing on a daily basis.
• Work closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items.
• Make daily bank deposits and post office drops.
• Maintain grounds and exterior property on a daily basis.
• Provide administrative support to the management team.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service/sales skills.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
• Flexible to provide coverage as needed.
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Effective judgment and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in typing, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.
• Willing to work in all outdoor conditions/elements.
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
