About the position
The Property Manager at Nova Storage is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of self-storage properties, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining tenant relations. This role involves sales, marketing, and collection duties, while also ensuring the facility is safe and secure for tenants.
Responsibilities
- Convey the features and benefits of self-storage to potential customers on the phone and in person.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate storage solution for their needs.
- Daily interaction with all storage tenants to maintain positive relations.
- Attend community events to promote Nova Storage and its services.
- Perform collection duties to keep tenant payments up to date.
- Ensure the facility is well lit, clean, safe, and secure.
Requirements
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and selling skills.
- Computer literate with good math ability and internet savvy.
- Ability to multi-task and be organized with attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and automobile.
