About the position
The Property Manager at SPM, LLC is responsible for overseeing the management of the Smith Heights Apartments community. This role involves implementing marketing and leasing strategies to optimize operational, compliance, financial, and overall performance of the property. The Property Manager is essential in promoting resident relations and ensuring a quality living experience for residents.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of management of the apartment community.
- Implement marketing and leasing initiatives and strategies.
- Ensure residents are provided with a clean, well-maintained community.
- Supervise on-site management and resident relations.
- Accept and process applications in accordance with Community and/or HUD policy.
- Keep the units rented with qualified residents.
- Operate the property within a set budget.
- Collect rents and handle delinquent accounts promptly.
- Maintain resident file system according to Community and/or HUD policy.
- Supervise and implement OSHA safety programs.
Requirements
- Prior property management experience is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
