About the position

The Property Manager at Storage Rentals of America is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of self-storage properties, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining property standards. This role combines customer interaction, property maintenance, and administrative tasks, providing a dynamic work environment that allows for both independence and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by helping customers understand products and services, and following up with potential clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing complaints, and maintaining clear communication with other departments.
• Maintain and clean storage units and the property to ensure a pleasant environment for customers and staff.
• Perform daily inspections of the property to ensure everything is functioning properly and report any issues to vendors as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks such as managing tenant accounts, processing payments, and maintaining auction files.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in the storage rental industry or customer service management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities such as walking the property.
