Property Manager

Greenwood Star is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team to assist in daily customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience as an Property Manager in the multi-family industry and is able to manage the demands of a Class A+ property with excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities: * Maintain occupancy rates and limit delinquency rates * Attract and educate new tenants * Investigate and resolve tenant complaints * Update and improve properties to increase return on investment * Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion * Supervise and train property staff * Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations * Review financial reports on a weekly basis to monitor progress * Implement strategies to increase NOI on a consistent basis * Prepare reports for market comparables within the surrounding area Qualifications: * At least 2 years of experience as an Property Manager * Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases * Intermediate to advanced levels of experience with accounting and/or mathematical functions * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Yardi, word-processing, and presentation software * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits: * Competitive pay * Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance * 401K * PTO * Company-sponsored incentives Job Type: Full-time, Commission Salary: Negotiable based on experience
