About the position

The Property Operations Associate role at Stayplus involves ensuring that properties are well-maintained and ready for guests. This position focuses on property inspections, guest interactions, inventory management, and operational support to enhance guest experiences and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections after each guest check-out to identify and report any issues, ensuring the property is in optimal condition.
• Verify that all appliances and amenities are functional and address any malfunctions promptly.
• Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-ins, and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience.
• Monitor and refill essential supplies as needed to maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction.
• Purchase necessary items in person to support property needs and guest services.
• Conduct inventories of both property amenities and storage items to maintain accurate records.
• Pick up and drop off items at designated locations as required.
• Collaborate closely with Operations Managers and Housekeeping Managers to report issues, coordinate tasks, and ensure seamless property operations.
