Responsibilities
- Complete lock changes
- Perform property trash outs
- Conduct cleanings
- Board windows and doors
- Winterize properties
- Maintain landscapes
Requirements
- General Liability Insurance in the amounts of $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must have your own materials, tools, and equipment
- Must have a smartphone to take/upload pictures and submit work orders
