About the position
Safeguard Properties is seeking self-motivated Independent Contractors and Business Owners to join our Property Preservation Vendor Network. As a Property Preservation Maintenance Contractor, you will have the opportunity to be your own business owner or expand your current business. This role offers unlimited growth opportunities and flexible scheduling, allowing you to manage your time effectively while providing essential property maintenance services. In this position, you will be responsible for performing a variety of property maintenance tasks that are crucial for the upkeep and preservation of properties. These tasks include lock changes, debris removal, winterizations, minor roof repairs, and lawn maintenance. You will also be required to update and process orders using mobile applications and our web platform, ensuring that all tasks are documented and communicated effectively. Strong communication with Safeguard Vendor Account Managers is essential to ensure that all work is completed to the required standards and within the specified timeframes.
Responsibilities
- Performing prompt and quality property maintenance tasks including lock changes, debris removal, winterizations, minor roof repairs, and lawn maintenance.
- Updating and processing orders via mobile applications and web platform.
- Effectively communicating with Safeguard Vendor Account Managers.
Requirements
- Must have prior experience and know how to complete the above responsibilities.
- Must provide own tools to complete jobs.
- Must have valid ID.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must provide own means to get jobs completed.
- Must be willing to communicate and follow instructions.
- Must be able to complete work orders in a timely manner.
