Responsibilities

• Develop and introduce new or enhanced pricing and product strategies.
• Manage product performance and ensure alignment with profitability and growth targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Actuarial, Analytics, Underwriting, Legal, IT, and Agents.
• Measure the impact of product changes and key initiatives.
• Research market trends and competitor actions to make relevant recommendations.
• Assist in evaluating third-party data usage and develop new product solutions.
• Define detailed product requirements and work with Product Analysts on policy administration systems.
• Creatively solve problems and enhance current processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of P&C experience with a minimum of 2+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with Personal Lines/High Net Worth carrier preferred.
• Strong familiarity with insurance contract design, including ISO and others.
• Meticulous work quality and accuracy in documentation and filings.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and communicate results effectively.
• Working knowledge of insurance regulation and related business constraints.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, adaptable to various situations.
• A strong sense of accountability and resourcefulness.
• Natural curiosity and a passion for learning and innovation.
