About the position

The Property & Project Coordinator at Parkview North Hospital is a pivotal role responsible for the day-to-day management of all assigned properties within the Parkview Health system. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring that both corrective and preventative maintenance tasks are executed efficiently, while also overseeing various project management requirements as they arise. The coordinator is tasked with maintaining positive relationships with tenants on behalf of the Parkview Real Estate department, which is essential for fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues, which are then communicated to the Operational Property Manager for resolution. In addition to property management duties, the Property & Project Coordinator is responsible for organizing and scheduling the necessary resources for renovations of PPG physician or administrative offices. This includes managing all aspects of the project as defined by the project scope documents, ensuring that renovations are completed on time and within budget. The coordinator must be adept at multitasking and prioritizing various responsibilities to contribute to the courteous, timely, and efficient operation of the overall property portfolio. This role is integral to the success of Parkview Health's real estate operations, requiring a blend of technical knowledge, project management skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day property management of assigned properties within Parkview Health.
  • Support corrective and preventative maintenance tasks as required.
  • Oversee project management requirements for property renovations.
  • Maintain positive tenant relationships on behalf of the Parkview Real Estate department.
  • Identify problems and communicate them to the Operational Property Manager.
  • Organize and schedule resources for PPG physician or administrative office renovations.
  • Ensure projects are completed according to project scope documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in property management or project coordination.
  • Valid Indiana driver's license is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification is preferred.
  • Major, minor or concentration in real estate property management is preferred.
