About the position

The Property Manager at Parkview Health is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all assigned properties within the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring that both corrective and preventative maintenance tasks are executed efficiently, alongside managing various project requirements as they arise. The Property Manager will maintain positive relationships with tenants, acting as a representative of the Parkview Real Estate department, and will be tasked with completing a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the courteous, timely, and efficient operation of the overall property portfolio. This includes identifying issues and communicating them to the Operational Property Manager to ensure swift resolution. In addition to daily management tasks, the Property Manager will organize and schedule the necessary resources for renovations of PPG physician or administrative offices. This involves taking full responsibility for all aspects of the project as defined by the project scope documents, ensuring that renovations are completed on time and within budget. The role requires a proactive approach to property management, with a focus on maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence across all properties under management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day property management of assigned properties.
  • Support corrective and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Manage project requirements as needed.
  • Maintain positive tenant relationships on behalf of the Parkview Real Estate department.
  • Complete various responsibilities contributing to the efficient operation of the property portfolio.
  • Identify problems and communicate them to the Operational Property Manager.
  • Organize and schedule resources for office renovations.
  • Take responsibility for all aspects of renovation projects as defined by project scope documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in property management or a similar field.
  • Valid Indiana driver's license is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Major, minor or concentration in real estate property management is preferred.
  • Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification is preferred.
