About the position

The Property & Project Coordinator at Parkview Health is responsible for the day-to-day management of all assigned properties within the organization. This role is crucial in supporting both corrective and preventative maintenance as well as project management requirements. The coordinator will maintain positive tenant relationships on behalf of the Parkview Real Estate department, ensuring that all operations are conducted in a courteous, timely, and efficient manner. The position involves identifying problems and communicating them to the Operational Property Manager, thereby contributing to the overall success of the property management team. In addition to managing tenant relationships, the Property & Project Coordinator will organize and schedule the necessary resources for renovations of PPG physician or administrative offices. This includes overseeing all aspects of the project as defined by project scope documents, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including contractors and internal teams, to facilitate smooth project execution and address any issues that may arise during the renovation process. The role requires a proactive approach to property management, with a focus on maintaining the quality and functionality of the properties under management. The coordinator will also be expected to contribute to the development of best practices in property management and project coordination, ensuring that Parkview Health continues to provide high-quality services to its tenants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties within Parkview Health.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in property management or project coordination.
  • Valid Indiana driver's license is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Major, minor or concentration in real estate property management is preferred.
  • Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification is preferred.
