The Property & Project Coordinator at Parkview Health is responsible for the day-to-day management of all assigned properties within the organization. The coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including contractors and internal teams, to facilitate smooth project execution and address any issues that may arise during the renovation process. The role requires a proactive approach to property management, with a focus on maintaining the quality and functionality of the properties under management. The coordinator will also be expected to contribute to the development of best practices in property management and project coordination, ensuring that Parkview Health continues to provide high-quality services to its tenants and stakeholders.
